Eric L. Hoffman
Senior Estimator


In his seventh year with REAL Services, Eric has 23 years of experience in construction and has worked in just about every phase of the business, from carpentry to concrete and from framing to project management. Putting all of those years of experience to work as REAL Services’ Senior Estimator, Eric enjoys the challenges and competitive nature of estimating. Brian A. Hoffman
Senior Project Manager


When it comes to deadlines, Brian is dedicated to making them happen. This is a definite challenge in an environment where getting the permit can actually take longer than the construction itself. Still, Brian is proud to say the company has never missed a deadline.
Bringing 20 years of experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and concrete construction, Brian joined the REAL Services team in 2000. David Gockley
Manager of Maintenance Services


With REAL Services since 2000, Dave has a 20-year background in the construction industry, industrial service and manufacturing. He supervises maintenance work on hundreds of commercial properties such as banks, office buildings, medical facilities and shopping centers across Pennsylvania and Northern Maryland. Dave enjoys working with the maintenance team, being on the move and solving challenging problems. Together, they routinely handle real estate needs, from leaking roofs to leaking plumbing to moving an office. More...

Sandi Sweitzer
Controller


As controller for REAL Services for the past 10 years, Sandi handles payables, receivable, financial statements and collections. She enjoys REAL Services’ “fast-paced” environment and an uncompromising commitment to integrity and customer satisfaction. She notes that, if something isn’t done correctly on a job, REAL Services will make it right, even if it was not their fault. More...

Gary Rodgers
Maintenance Coordinator


Joining Real Services in 2008, Gary brings 25 years of experience in facilities maintenance, service and equipment management. Together with Dave Gockley, Gary focuses on delivering prompt maintenance services. Gary’s current challenge is to develop new services in the areas of plumbing, lawn care, roof repair, preventive maintenance and HVAC. He appreciates the fact that REAL Services is a growing company and offers a lot of opportunity for individual growth. He also enjoys the variety of his job as well as interacting with customers and                                  employees. Don Simmons
Marketing Manager


Don joined REAL Services in 2003 following a 35-year career in banking and real estate management. Responsible for sales and marketing, he wears many hats. He enjoys every sales opportunity and is always excited to tell prospective customers about REAL Services and introduce them to the Real Difference. Don enjoys the daily interaction he has with the REAL Services team, working in an environment that encourages initiative and where everyone’s ideas matter. Project Coordinator


Jenny wears several hats. Her 20 years of administrative experience help her stay organized and juggle tasks well. She takes notes scrupulously, works with leads, proposals, drawings, subcontractors and customers and “tries to keep all the guys in line”.

Cathy Truman
Customer Service


Cathy is well suited for her position because she doesn’t understand that it could be a difficult job for many people. Good listening skills, patience, conflict resolution skills and a real desire to satisfy customers are the strengths Cathy brings to her work. She has worked at REAL Services since 2006 and handles customer billing and responds to inquiries. Cathy says she values the trust that is placed in her. More...

Maintenance Coordinator


New to REAL Services, Teresa says it’s been a big change and a positive one. She traveled extensively as a self-employed bankruptcy consultant, and is glad to be home with her family more. She enjoys being able to go home at the end of the day knowing her work is finished. More...

Shelly Novak
Payroll


Shelly is a fairly new face at REAL Services and works behind the scenes. Her primary function is internal, making sure that, as she puts it, “everyone gets what they’ve worked for”. She has held previous payroll positions, mostly for large companies. Shelly likes working for REAL Services because there is “a family atmosphere where everyone is very close-knit”. More...
